Job Title: Viral Social Media Strategist and Creative Team Leader
Salary: ?85,000 - ?115,000/month
Shift: Night Shift (10 PM - 6 AM Philippine Time)

We’re seeking an exceptional Viral Social Media Strategist to help us go viral, boost engagement, and lead a team of creators in producing top-notch, viral-worthy content. This is not your typical social media manager role. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of creating viral social media pages, building a viral personal brand, and consistently generating content that captivates audiences and garners millions of views.

Responsibilities:

Develop Viral Content Strategies: Create innovative strategies and content ideas tailored to make our clients’ social media pages go viral and drive monthly increases in engagement and views.

Lead a Creative Team: Oversee a team of creators, guiding them with your expertise to produce high-quality, viral-ready content that aligns with our agency’s goals.

Social Media Expertise: Stay ahead of trends, platform algorithms, and audience behaviors to design cutting-edge strategies that consistently deliver viral results.

Campaign Oversight: Collaborate with our agency’s implementation team to execute your ideas seamlessly and effectively across client accounts.

Performance Analytics: Analyze campaign performance, engagement metrics, and content impact to refine and optimize strategies.


Qualifications:

Proven track record of managing viral social media pages, building a viral personal brand, or consistently creating viral content.

Demonstrable experience in leading a creative team and executing successful content strategies.

A deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends, with the ability to adapt strategies to new trends quickly.

Exceptional creative and leadership skills, capable of inspiring and managing a team to deliver top-tier content.

Must provide proof of previous viral content, social media pages, or personal branding success, along with a detailed description of your strategies and process for creating viral content.


Requirements:

Work night shift (10 PM to 6 AM Philippine Time).

Submit a portfolio of viral content and case studies demonstrating your past successes.

Prepare and present a detailed plan showcasing how you will create viral content and lead our creative team to achieve measurable results.
