We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dialer to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in handling follow-up calls with prospects from our probates lead list and managing our CRM tool, Investorfuse, ensuring that all client interactions are logged accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily follow-up calls to potential clients from our extensive probates lead list.
- Provide detailed information regarding our services and answer any inquiries from leads.
- Log all call details into our CRM (Investorfuse), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Sell Fast Boston in a manner that is consistent with our brand values.
- Occasionally manage and update CRM to ensure all potential client information is current and accessible.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dialer or in a similar calling role, ideally in the real estate domain.
- Fluent in English with a clear, articulate manner of speaking (accent-free).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
