JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated and professional Dialer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with prospects from our probates lead list, conducting follow-up calls, and maintaining our CRM tool, Investorfuse. Your role will be vital in ensuring that client interactions are logged accurately and efficiently, ultimately supporting our goal of providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily follow-up calls to prospects from our comprehensive probates lead list.
Provide clear, detailed information about our services and address any questions or concerns from potential clients.
Log all interactions and call details into our CRM (Investorfuse) with precision and promptness.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, representing Sell Fast Boston with integrity and in line with our brand values.
Regularly update the CRM to ensure client information is accurate, current, and accessible.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a dialer role or similar calling position, ideally within the real estate industry.
Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, professional tone (accent-free).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects quickly.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a fast-paced, results-driven team.
