JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our team. This role is focused on providing exceptional phone and customer service support. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in English, with excellent communication skills and a minimal accent. Preference to applicants who have experience with Medicare, health insurance, and medical terminology.

Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Respond to text messages and other inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
• Schedule and manage appointments using provided tools or software.
• Provide courteous and friendly assistance to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimal accent to ensure clear communication over the phone.
• Strong customer service skills, with prior experience in phone support or customer care preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Proficiency in using scheduling tools, CRM systems, or other relevant software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Hours:
9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST
