Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company’s goals.
Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and brand awareness.
Stay updated on emerging trends, platforms, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Content Creation & Management
Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, on-brand content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn,
Design visually appealing graphics, and videos using tools like Canva, figma or Adobe Suite.
Write compelling captions, headlines, and copy that resonate with diverse audiences.
Plan and execute content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Community Engagement
Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and friendly manner.
Foster meaningful relationships within the online community to build brand loyalty.
Monitor and address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns through social media channels.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Radaar.
Use insights to refine strategies, improve engagement, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaboration & Campaign Management
Work with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with other tea
Qualifications
Required Skills
Proven experience in social media marketing and management.
Strong knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram,
Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or Capcut.
Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Radaar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform strategies.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SEO and social media trends.
Basic video editing skills for creating short-form content.
Familiarity with community management and online customer service best practices.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
