We’re Vidpros, a fast-growing subscription-based video editing service designed to help agencies, influencers, and content creators produce high-quality video content efficiently and at scale.

In this role, you'll play a key part in expanding our reach and driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with agencies and creators.

The Role
As our Outbound Sales & Partnerships Specialist, you'll play a key role in expanding our reach, bringing on new clients, and driving revenue growth through a strategic outbound sales approach. We're seeking someone with a background in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a passion for the influencer and creator space and a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.

What You'll Do:

Outbound Lead Generation:
• Proactively identify and research potential agency and creator partners.
• Utilize various outbound prospecting techniques, such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, to generate qualified leads.

Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone calls, video calls, and chat.
• Identify and proactively address client needs.

Client Acquisition:
• Negotiate and close deals with agencies and creators.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales quotas and exceeding targets.

Market Intelligence:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving needs of creators and agencies.

Who You Are:

• 3 years of experience in outbound sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle and outbound prospecting techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a variety of people.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with social media and online content creation is a plus.
