JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital advertising, lead generation, and multi-brand management. You will oversee all marketing efforts, with a focus on generating leads for construction projects, development opportunities, and targeting family offices for our real estate fund. You will also work to align and strengthen our branding and messaging across all four companies, driving growth and market presence.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Design and manage digital ad campaigns, with a primary focus on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other channels to generate qualified leads for construction and development projects.
Brand Unification: Develop and implement cohesive branding and messaging strategies for all four brands.
SEO & Digital Presence: Enhance the organic visibility of all brands through strategic SEO practices and content marketing.
Target High-Value Clients: Build and execute marketing strategies tailored to attract family offices and high-net-worth individuals for the real estate fund.
Content and Storytelling: Lead storytelling and content creation efforts that clearly communicate the value propositions of each brand.
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals.
Analytics & Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance to ensure a high return on investment (ROI) and continuously optimize marketing efforts.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a senior marketing role with a focus on lead generation and digital advertising.
Digital Expertise: Proficient in managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly on Facebook, Google, and other platforms.
Multi-Brand Experience: Proven ability to manage and unify multiple brands under a cohesive strategy.
SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
Target Audience Focus: Experience targeting high-value audiences, such as family offices or investors, is highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Skills: Exceptional storytelling, communication, and analytical abilities.
