A rapidly growing organization is seeking a dedicated Community Manager & Customer Support Specialist to nurture our online community and ensure customer success. This role is pivotal as we scale operations across the US and focuses primarily on written communication through chat.
Working Hours & Compensation:
Schedule: 8-10 hours per day, Monday-Friday.
Monthly Pay: $400-$500
Target-Based Bonus: $50-$100 per month (performance-dependent)
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries, feedback, and comments via chat; troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems through written communication.
Online Reputation Management: Respond to online reviews professionally and promptly in writing.
Community Building: Cultivate a welcoming and engaging online environment through chat interactions.
Feedback & Improvement: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay information through internal communication channels.
Content Moderation: Ensure user-generated content aligns with company guidelines.
Requirements:
Communication Skills: Excellent written English communication skills, with a focus on grammar, spelling, and clarity. (No verbal communication required)
Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing speed is essential.
Technical Proficiency: Minimum 70 Mbps internet speed; proficient with online tools and social media platforms.
Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, strong critical thinking, responsible with sensitive information.
Equipment: A good PC and an external monitor.
