Must be able to reply quickly and promptly to all customer inquiries with empathy.
Previous experience in CX working for an e-commerce company and Shopify is a plus.
Must possess a desire to learn and a strong ability to explain how things work to customers.
Must be able to hit and surpass Customer Satisfaction and First Response Time goals.
Must have experience talking with customers on the phone and be able to explain knowledge about multiple products.
Document all customer interactions and tag each conversation appropriately based on the conversation.
