Key Responsibilities:
HR Hiring: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational needs.
Team Training: Design and implement effective training programs to upskill tea
Team Management: Oversee team performance, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Software Proficiency: Quickly learn and adapt to new software tools to enhance team efficiency.
CRM Management: Leverage experience with CRMs like Go High Level (GHL) to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Tool Utilization: Work proficiently with tools like Loom, Google Workspace, and other platforms critical to the business.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a proactive mindset with a focus on accuracy, organization, and thoroughness.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR, recruitment, and training.
Strong understanding of CRMs, with hands-on experience in platforms like GHL.
Familiarity with tools such as Loom, Google Workspace, and a willingness to learn new software as needed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering team growth and performance.
