Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist

Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining automation processes to optimize our financial operations. As a key player in our automation efforts, you will work on projects that streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and contribute to our mission of empowering minority investors and entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and map business processes for automation opportunities.
Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or other similar tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
Troubleshoot, optimize and maintain RPA workflows to ensure seamless operations.
Document automation processes and provide training to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications
Robotics and Automation Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Fluency in English is required; and proficiency in French is an advantage.
Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar tools.
Knowledge of scripting languages (like Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical challenges.
