JOB OVERVIEW

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by engaging with leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals. Your ability to leverage Power BI for actionable insights, effectively manage the sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM, and perform market research and competitor analysis will be key to identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Assist our Sales Enablement Team and Proactively identify and qualify sales opportunities through inbound and outbound communication.
- CRM Utilization: Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate accurate sales forecasts.
- Data Analytics: Analyze sales and market data using Power BI to uncover trends, optimize decision-making, and enhance sales strategies.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
- Competitor Analysis: Track and analyze competitor activities to position the company effectively and stay ahead in the market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead-nurturing strategies.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.


Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a sales role, preferably in an inside sales environment
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM for lead and sales pipeline management.
- Expertise in Power BI for data analysis and visualisation.
- Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and customer-focused approach.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
