JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing US based healthcare practice seeking to grow our call center team. You must have 2+ years of healthcare experience including answering phones, scheduling appointments, organizing/entering/confirming patient demo info, HIPAA compliance, and similar matters. We seek someone who will work on US East Coast hours.

2. How many hours per week would you like to work -- minimum and maximum?
3. Explain what experience you have, if any, in primary care, urgent care and/or dermatology. If none, than explain what is the closest, related field you have experience in and how it is relevant.
4. Will you be working with me on directly or are you part of an agency? Will you be delegating any of your work to another VA?
5. What practice management platforms are you familiar with?
6. What aspects of call center support do you enjoy most? We have several positions open so I would do my best to assign you to the tasks you prefer most.
