Lead Generation Assistant

Are you skilled in lead generation and passionate about finding high-quality prospects? We're looking for a Lead Generation Assistant to join our team and help us gather targeted leads for mortgage brokerages, real estate brokerages, insurance brokerages, and more. ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a part-time, virtual position requiring 10-20 hours per week. The hourly rate ranges from $6-8/hour. As a Lead Generation Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping us identify potential customers for our software company by following our structured and proven lead-generation process.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research and find high-quality leads based on the provided criteria.
Verify lead details without relying on scraping software, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Use tools like Hubspot CRM and Google Sheets to track and organize leads.
Focus on identifying and gathering key information about prospects, such as contact details, company size, and industry relevance.
Conduct lead verification tasks, such as checking websites and other online platforms.
Regularly communicate with the team during weekly meetings and provide updates on progress.

REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) to participate in teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and provide clear updates.
Proven experience in lead generation, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to follow detailed processes and instructions provided during training.
Comfortable using tools like Hubspot CRM, Close CRM, Google Sheets, and other platforms.
Commitment to ethical lead generation practices—no scraping software.
