Generate Listings is a fast-growing Australian digital marketing agency specialising in real estate lead generation using Facebook Ads. We manage advertising for over 70+ real estate agents and focus on high-performing, results-driven marketing.

We’re NOT looking for generalist designers. We need a specialist in direct response ad creatives—someone who understands how to create visuals that drive clicks, generate leads, and increase conversions.

Role Overview

-We are looking for a Performance Ad Creative Designer to scale, optimise, and innovate ad creatives for our real estate clients.

-This role is not about custom branding or logo design—it’s about creating high-impact, lead-generating ad creatives using Canva that can be produced at scale and optimised based on ad performance data.

You’ll work closely with our media buying team to refine creatives based on data insights, ensuring high engagement, lower ad costs, and maximum conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and scale Facebook ad creatives using Upgrade to see actual info across 70+ real estate accounts.
- Design conversion-focused, direct response creatives tailored to lead generation.
- Collaborate with the media buying team to test, optimise, and refine ad designs based on performance data.
- Manage and maintain a structured library of Canva ad templates within Google Drive and ClickUp for efficiency and consistency.
- Brainstorm new creative concepts that improve ad performance and stand out in a competitive market.
- Analyse ad engagement trends and adjust creatives accordingly to increase conversion rates.
- Deliver high-quality assets for reports, presentations, and other ad hoc projects.

What We're Looking For:
???? MUST HAVE: 2+ Years of experience designing ad creatives specifically for Facebook Ads & direct response marketing (not branding/logos).
???? MUST HAVE: Experience working in Canva (this is where 90% of your work will be).
???? MUST HAVE: Ability to scale creatives across multiple accounts efficiently.
???? Experience collaborating with media buyers to optimise creatives for performance.
???? Understanding of direct response marketing psychology (headlines, CTAs, visual triggers).
???? Attention to detail—your creatives should be error-free and conversion-optimised.
???? Full-time availability (we’re looking for dedicated teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, not freelancers).

Qualifications
- 2+ Years of experience designing ad creatives specifically for Facebook Ads & direct response marketing (not branding/logos).
- Strong understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, and layout.
- Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Experience with tools like Slack, ClickUp, and Google Workspace (preferred).
- A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
