About Us: We are a growing business based in Hawaii, dedicated to providing exceptional products to our customers through our extensive network of 19 physical stores and a thriving online presence. We are looking for a dynamic Purchasing Manager to join our team and help us optimize our inventory management and sales strategies.

Position Summary: The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for managing inventory across all locations using Cin7 (formerly Dear) and Shopify. This role involves pulling and analyzing comprehensive reports to guide decisions on product reordering, discount sales timing, and stock transfers between store locations. Our current purchasing team will take the data you provide and initiate the task of ordering what is needed, discounting products and creating store-to-store stock transfers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for trends, strong analytical skills, and experience with inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Cin7 (formerly Dear) to pull detailed inventory and sales reports.
Analyze data to determine optimal reorder times for products across multiple locations.
Identify products to put on sale based on data insights and sales trends.
Manage stock transfers between stores to maintain balanced inventory levels.
Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure stock availability meets demand.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on inventory performance and sales forecasts.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar role.
Preferred proficiency in Cin7 (formerly Dear) with a strong ability to generate and interpret reports.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management practices.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type:
Full-time (40 hours a week) Tuesday-Saturday 4am-1pm PHT preferred.

Pay Scale & Benefits:
Starting Salary is Php 60,000/ month+ Based on work experience. Pay increase possible after probationary period. Healthcare and internet benefits after probationary period.
