Director of Marketing / Marketing Manager

*Position: Marketing Manager (Remote - US-based Company)*

We are seeking a highly qualified Marketing Manager with fluent conversational English to work for a US-based company. This is a fully remote position, requiring adaptation to the PST (Pacific Standard Time) time zone.

*Requirements and Qualifications:*

- *Fluent English (conversational)*: Essential for communication with the team and stakeholders.
- *Experience*: Preferably in the Real Estate and Finance sectors.
- *Tools*: Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is required.
- *Data Analysis*: Ability to analyze reports, with knowledge of metrics, KPIs, and conversion rates.
- *Team Leadership*: Previous experience in managing marketing teams.
- *Educational Background*: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
- *Google Ads and Social Media*: Knowledge of Google Ads strategies and experience in creating, managing, and analyzing social media campaigns.

*Responsibilities:*

- *Integrated Campaigns*: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, social media, and other relevant platforms.
- *Content and Social Media Engagement Management*: Develop and implement content strategies to increase brand reach and engagement.

*Compensation:*

- Monthly salary of *$ 1,250.00*.
