Remodeling Contractor in North East USA is seeking an experienced estimator.

Assist owner with all estimating for residential and commercial construction projects.
5+ years of Residential Construction Estimating Experience or related field
Computer requirements a must; MS Word/Excel, AutoCad/Sketchbook a plus, Internet
Requires the ability to read & interpret construction drawings/specs and perform take-offs & assemble bids from architectural plans/drawings

Preparing Take-Offs, creating accurate scopes of work, qualifying subs, soliciting bids and analyzing proposals prior to submissions
Coordinate blueprints/drawings for distribution to subcontractors and vendors to obtain bids
Oversee production bids
