THE ROLE
They are looking for an Amazon Client Coordinator to help manage their clients catalog on
RESPONSIBILITIES
*Work with client success managers (CSMs) and account directors (ADs) to implement the product detail page changes for clients on Amazon.
*Communicate directly with the team on tasks related to catalog optimization efforts.
*Monitor product sales and trends using their proprietary sales and reporting dashboard.
*Collect product data and organize it into their product management software.
*Create, optimize, and upload listing content—titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
*Upload enhanced digital assets created by their internal creative team—A+ content, videos, images, and brand stores.
*Run product page diagnostics on existing products on Amazon to determine the accuracy of the content.
*Conduct product and competitor research to aid in executing an effective listing strategy.
*Monitor both account and listing health closely to limit listing and account downtime.
*Report product pages that fraudulently use their clients trademarks or copyrighted material.
*Respond to buyer messages in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service.
*Maintain current knowledge of Amazon's policies and best practices for product listings.
*Other responsibilities that come when working with a growing agency.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES
*2–5+ years’ experience working with and on
*Knowledge of the Amazon back-end and the ability to: load new products, create variations, fix suppressed listings, upload creative content, and other similar work within the Amazon portal.
*An extreme eye for detail with impeccable organization skills.
proficient multi-tasker with the ability to manage many tasks at once.
*Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
*A problem solver who can work with the many challenges and inconsistencies the Amazon platform provides.
*English speaking – an effective and timely communicator.
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
*Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
