What You’ll Do
As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll support our marketing and administrative efforts by:
Marketing Tasks:
Pulling marketing lists and uploading into marketing platforms
Managing social media content (posts, stories, etc.) across platforms.
Coordinating email campaigns and newsletters.
Tracking and reporting key marketing metrics.
Admin Support:
Keeping our CRM (Salesforce/Leftmain) organized and up-to-date.
Managing inquiries and communication via email and social media.
Scheduling and maintaining our marketing calendar.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role (bonus for marketing or real estate experience).
Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, Canva, and Google Workspace. Strong English communication skills are essential.
Attributes: Highly detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and a true team player.
Availability: Must be able to work US Eastern Time hours.
