About the Role

You’ll work alongside our team to leverage our ability to do business in the U.S., using your expertise to craft the business model and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and explore potential business markets.
Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth.
Manage operational tasks and oversee business processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate on innovative solutions to achieve business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in business development, operations, or a related field.
A track record of launching or scaling successful ventures.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and think strategically.

Compensation Structure
First Month: Performance-based compensation at 10% commission on generated business.
Second Month: $400 USD monthly salary + 10% commission.
Third Month & Beyond: $500 USD monthly salary + 10% commission.
Note: If there is no measurable progress during the first month, we will not move forward with the candidate for the second month.
