Position: Virtual Assistant for Accounting and Expense Management
Location: Remote (Philippines)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage the accounting and expense tracking for a French real estate company (SCI). The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling, organizing, and updating monthly financial data into a structured accounting table. Fluency in French is essential for this role to ensure clear communication and understanding of the documents provided.

Responsibilities
Expense Tracking: Collect, organize, and record scanned receipts, invoices, and financial documents into a structured spreadsheet on a monthly basis.
Data Entry: Maintain accuracy and consistency in data input, categorizing expenses according to predefined accounting guidelines.
File Management: Ensure all digital files and scanned documents are securely stored and organized for easy retrieval.
Communication: Collaborate directly with the client to clarify details about expenses or missing documents.
Reporting: Generate monthly financial summaries to assist in tracking and reviewing expenses.
Qualifications
Language Proficiency: Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Attention to Detail: Must have a meticulous eye for accuracy and consistency in data entry.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and organize financial documents effectively.
Experience: Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or expense management is preferred but not mandatory.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Comfortable using scanning tools and organizing digital files.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both English and French.
Working Hours & Expectations
Part-time position with flexible working hours.
Expected to update the financial spreadsheet weekly and provide a monthly report.
Communication via email or chat for regular updates and clarifications.
