Customer Service for US Home Health Agency

- 2 years of BPO experience handling US healthcare account/s is a must, preferably a home health account
- Must have customer seriv
- Comfortable handling geriatric patients
- Comfortable doing inbound and outbound calls
- Familiarity with tools such as Citrix, homecare homebase, salesforce, etc.
- Proficient with MS outlook and teams
- Excellent English communication skills
- Can do WFH setup with own laptop/computer with 2 monitors and stable internet connection
- Comfortable with Philippine graveyard shift and shifting schedule if possible
- Full-time independent contractor
