Location: Remote Worker in the Philippines

The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a Social Media and Content Manager to elevate our brand across all digital platforms. This is your chance to take the lead on social media, email campaigns, and content creation. You’ll collaborate with Zach (who has over 100 creative assets ready for Canva and other tools) and help transform his ideas into polished, impactful campaigns.

From weekly emails to podcast promotion, you’ll be the engine behind Crucial Hire’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Presence: Manage Crucial Hire’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Spotify), ensuring consistent and engaging posts.
2. Content Creation: Use Canva to design visuals and create power-packed LinkedIn slide decks and marketing collateral.
3. Email Campaigns: Execute weekly email marketing campaigns via SendGrid with creative and engaging content.
4. Podcast Promotion: Help promote Zach’s upcoming podcast, HR Soundcheck, across all platforms.
5. Metrics-Driven Growth: Track and report on key metrics, showing measurable growth in traffic, engagement, and leads.
6. Project Management: Keep Zach on task with deadlines to ensure projects move seamlessly from idea to execution.
7. Audience Engagement: Respond to comments and build relationships with our growing online community.
8. SEO and Traffic: Develop strategies to increase website traffic and improve rankings.
9. Encourage Testimonials: Encourage and collect testimonials from happy clients to strengthen our brand credibility.
10. Interview Zach while he is in front of Green screen and take his quotes to help people with their job search so they help themselves.


What We’re Looking For:
Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and email campaigns.
Proficiency with Canva, SendGrid, and digital analytics tools.
Creative storytelling skills to craft engaging copy and visuals.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Passion for HR, recruiting, and building meaningful connections.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with larger brands or have a knack for video content creation and AI-driven tools!
Experience with a recruiting Firm or Professional services Firm is highly preferred.
Video editing is Highly preferred.
