Key Responsibilities:
Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, educational platforms, and marketing campaigns.
Support marketing efforts by managing content creation and posting schedules.
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred):
Experience in website development or marketing.
Familiarity with real estate or investment firm content strategies.
Requirements:
Video Editing Experience:
Proven track record of creating professional videos for businesses.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar).
Ability to incorporate graphics, sound effects, and storytelling into video content.
Please provide examples of your past video projects with measurable results or client feedback.
Work Ethic:
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Availability:
10 hours per week, with the potential to grow
