What You’ll Do
As a remote Executive Assistant supporting North American clients, you’ll handle dynamic tasks tailored to each client’s unique needs, including:
* Email & Calendar Management: Organize schedules, prioritize communications, and keep clients informed.
* Task & Project Coordination: Manage research, scheduling, and travel logistics.
* Collaboration: Be the primary contact for team members, stakeholders, and the client’s network.
* Problem-Solving: Streamline processes and recommend innovative solutions.
* Daily Operations Support: Ensure personal and professional commitments are met.
* CRM & Tech Management: Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.

Who We’re Looking For
We seek proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented professionals with:
* Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
* Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools.
* Experience in virtual work environments.
* High emotional intelligence and a drive for learning.
* Flexibility to work night shifts in PH to align with North American time zones.
