Citations Building (Local SEO)

I need citations for a fresh brand new tree service company in the Netherlands (so no cleanup is needed).
I'll provide you with an e-mail address and password you can use to register at the different websites/directories. Also a phone number if text messages are needed to verify.
I'll register and claim myself the Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple places, Facebook page, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin, Pinterest, and TikTok.


-Can you give me a sample list of some of the citations you will build? Because more often than not, I've seen people provide citations only at low quality pages, and was wondering if you also build on yelp, hotfrog, here, openstreetmap, foursquare and etc.
-Besides the global websites, do you build citations also on local (Netherlands) directories, such as Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info and etc? What about niche/industry websites?
-At the end I want a report with all the citations built, their username and password to be able to login and modify things if I have to down the future.
-What other information would you need froUpgrade to see actual info besides the website domain and NAP?
-Roughly how many citations would you be able to build (I'm looking for quality, not quantity. Spamming the NAP on forums/comments is not what I'm interested in), and how much would the whole project cost?
