About the Role:

We are hiring Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team and support one of our valued clients. In this role, you will focus on performing calls to engage with individuals, introducing them to services tailored to their needs, and building meaningful connections.

We’re seeking individuals who:

Enjoy spending time on the phone and have excellent communication skills.
Are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals.

Requirements:

-40 working hours per week, with five 9-hour shifts that include a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks
-Work-from-home setup with your own equipment (desktop/laptop, headset, reliable internet connection, quiet workspace)
-Strong English proficiency (excellent grammar and communication skills)
-Empathy and understanding of the unique needs and challenges of the LGBTQ community
-Passion for helping others and excellent phone communication skills
-At least 2 years of proven outbound sales experience in the BPO industry
-Familiarity with CRMs, Google Spreadsheets, and outbound calling platforms
