Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include auditing all new sales transactions and reconciling daily credit card payments. This position requires a strong understanding of financial processes, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Audit:
Meticulously review all new sales transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identify and investigate any discrepancies or irregularities in sales data.
Generate detailed reports on sales audit findings.
Payment Reconciliation:
Reconcile daily credit card payments with sales records and bank statements.
Identify and resolve any payment discrepancies or errors.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all payment transactions.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Experience with CRM’s
Strong understanding of financial processes, including sales and payment reconciliation.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including spreadsheets and accounting software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
