We’re seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s visual identity.

Job Summary:
The Marketing Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with Smarter Launch's brand identity and marketing objectives. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop design assets for digital campaigns, product launches, and customer education materials. Your creative vision will help tell our story, engage customers, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Design marketing assets including website graphics, social media content, email campaigns, infographics, and presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with business goals.
Ensure brand consistency across all design touchpoints and maintain visual design guidelines.
Develop visuals for product-related materials, including user guides, onboarding documents, and feature announcements.
Create engaging content for digital advertising campaigns and landing pages.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product and customer success, to meet design needs.
Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices to keep Smarter Launch’s visuals fresh and engaging.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Marketing Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent software.
Solid understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and design principles.
Experience working in a SaaS or tech startup environment is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp).
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for web assets.
