Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key data sources and define data architecture.
Integrate data from various internal and external sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Build and optimize databases and data warehouses for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Work closely with team members to create data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
Establish and maintain best practices for data management and governance.
Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve data processes.
Apply data architecture knowledge to design scalable and maintainable data systems.

Requirements:
Proficiency in ETL processes, including experience with data pipelines and integration tools.
Strong knowledge of database systems (both SQL and NoSQL) and cloud-based data storage solutions.
Familiarity with AWS data services (e.g., Redshift, S3, Glue, RDS).
Knowledge of data architecture principles and practices to design scalable solutions.
Ability to take initiative in a new role, with a willingness to research and establish solutions from scratch.
Comfortable working with minimal structure in an evolving role and excited to build new data practices.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with team members to fulfill data needs and deliver insights.
