New Leader needed for our computer and crypto mining application project

I am looking someone who will create team of online marketing expert. He would be responsible for:
-- creating team of 5 people for article online posting.
-- lead the group and be example and tutor for them how to create valuable marketing articles fast and post them online and create forum posts and social media marketing.
-- of finding premises where to work as well.
-- self motivated and good leader so his workers would be happy to work for him.
-- brand awareness, social network engaging, managing other people.

-- he would found new marketing department and hire another 4 people to work with. Rent an fresh office and work from there.

REQUIREMENTS:
-- 4years experience with SEO and online marketing.
-- IT background
-- own notebook with mouse.
-- knowledge of web development. - PHP, HTML ... proffered not required.
