Customer Service & Sales Representative with Technical Background

We are Mr Fix Cell Phone & Computer Repair - professionals, focused on helping people and making money through fixing electronic devices. We do all types of repairs and have had lots of positive feedback so far! We value our customers, old and new, so we always do our job in good faith.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative/Customer Service with Technical Background in Cellphone and Computer Repair. Your primary responsibilities will include sales, upselling, calling warm leads, answering customer inquiries, providing information about our repair services, and assisting customers who are following up on their transactions and concerns.

Job Description:

Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide detailed information about our repair services. (Max of 15-20 calls only a day, 1-2 mins duration)
Actively promote our services, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and meet sales targets.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve team goals.
Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining customer records and generating reports as required.
Manage social media accounts to promote our services and engage with potential customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven knowledge of cellphone and computer repair is PREFERRED.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, handling inbound calls or customer service roles.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
With experience in social media management is a HUGE PLUS.

Note: Your application will be prioritized if you have the basic background in computer and/or cellphone repair.

Location: Remote (Fully Work From Home)
Schedule: 5 days a week (1 weekend included), EST work hours (Full-time, 40 hours)
Training Pay: $400
Salary: $500 per month plus bonuses ($550 - $600 approx. total)
