Job Summary
The Sales & Digital Marketing Coordinator is a versatile role that combines direct client interaction, social media/digital marketing strategy, and customer support. This part-time position is ideal for someone with a passion for connecting with people, creativity in crafting engaging marketing campaigns, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Sales
• Engage with potential clients a, promote our services.
• Build and maintain relationships with realtors, agents, and other leads through phone calls and emails.
• Meet and exceed part-time sales targets by identifying client needs and matching them with our offerings.
Digital Marketing
• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create and schedule engaging content across our social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to refine strategies for better performance.
• Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, including drafting content and managing subscriber lists.
Customer Service
• Support client inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure a positive client experience.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, social media/digital marketing, and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Ads, Go High Level, Flowchart and other similar tools)
• Proficiency in social media platforms and trends.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the real estate or photography industry is a plus.

Work Schedule:
Friday - Monday, 9am -2am EST
