The Role
The key responsibilities of a Channel Manager include uploading and posting videos, overseeing video editing and content quality, coordinating scheduling and recording, contributing to scriptwriting and creative direction, supervising thumbnail design and branding, managing brand and sponsor integrations, and scouting new talent for collaborations and channel growth.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone with proven experience in managing YouTube channel specially in the reaction videos niche, expertise in content strategy, SEO, and analytics, strong creative and technical skills, project management abilities, excellent community engagement, and adaptability, along with a passion for content creation, brand collaborations, and the ability to work independently, especially in remote settings.

Expectations
This is a freelance position, with an estimated workload of 50 hours per month. Flexibility in working hours may be required to align with the team’s European time zone.
