We are an established Airbnb host whose business reputation has been impacted by unfairly left negative reviews. We are seeking an experienced Online Reputation Management Specialist who can assist us in reviewing, appealing, and, where possible, removing these unjust reviews. The ideal candidate will have experience navigating Airbnb’s policies and guidelines regarding reviews and the ability to craft compelling appeals to ensure that only fair and accurate feedback remains visible.

Responsibilities:
• Assess the negative reviews on our Airbnb listing and identify those that violate Airbnb’s policies or are otherwise unfair.
• Draft and submit formal appeals to Airbnb’s support team for the removal of inappropriate reviews.
• Provide recommendations for improving our profile to mitigate future issues with unfair reviews.
• Communicate regularly with Airbnb support and follow up on appeals as necessary.
• Maintain discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information about our business and guests.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in online reputation management, preferably with expertise in Airbnb or other hospitality platforms.
• Strong understanding of Airbnb’s review policies and dispute resolution processes.
• Excellent communication and persuasive writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Previous success in having unfair reviews removed from online platforms is highly desirable.
