Lead Enrichment Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Lead Enrichment Specialist to conduct short survey calls (~30 seconds) with construction companies. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify leads by asking five key questions and recording the responses accurately in our CRM.

We will provide you with a comprehensive list of leads, including names and phone numbers, to call.

Requirements:

* Strong English proficiency (spoken and written).
* Experience in cold calling, with a proven track record of success preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to follow scripts and record data accurately.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
