Virtual Assistant - Marketing Support Australian Service Business

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to support our marketing efforts. You will manage social media, organize a 20k + -contact database, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone organised, tech-savvy, and experienced in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
Organise and segment a large contact database for targeted marketing efforts.
Develop marketing content plans and write engaging email campaigns.
Set up SMS campaigns and coordinate direct mail outreach.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
Assist with basic administrative tasks related to marketing operations.

Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably within an Australian business or home service industry.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Google Docs
Experience with the job management system Skeduler is highly desirable but not required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of Xero for basic bookkeeping and invoicing.
Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
