Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Spanish-Speaking Cold Caller to generate leads and set appointments through outbound calls. The ideal candidate must have previous sales experience, be fluent in both Spanish and English, and have a clear, neutral accent in both languages. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to professionally engage potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
-Make outbound calls to Spanish- and English-speaking prospects to generate interest our services.
-Follow a structured script while personalizing conversations to effectively engage leads.
-Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
-Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM.
-Handle objections professionally and build rapport with potential clients.
-Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets.
Qualifications
-Fluent in both Spanish and English, with a clear and neutral accent in both languages (non-negotiable).
-Proven sales experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in a bilingual environment.
-Strong communication and persuasion skills in both languages.
-Ability to seamlessly switch between Spanish and English when speaking with potential clients.
-Experience handling objections and closing conversations with confidence.
-Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
-Experience using CRM software is a plus.
-Familiarity with Spanish-speaking markets and cultural nuances is preferred.
-With real estate background (preferred)
