We are focused on maintaining high standards and efficiency. As we continue to grow, we need an Administrative Assistant to manage essential tasks and support our team's daily operations.

Location: (Virtual)
Type: Full-Time & Part-Time available
Time Zone: Pacific Standard Time (California)

Role and Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the team’s workflow.
- Handle scheduling, file organization, and coordination of tasks.
- Provide backup support to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with tea
- Reviewing and compiling videos and comments on our content videos.
- Assist with scheduling premade videos for posting across social media platforms.
- Assist with coordinating with video editors to ensure timely content submissions.
- Assist with managing our content calendar and scheduling social media posts.
- Assisting in managing our personal schedule and coordinating appointments.
- Act as a liaison, communicating with third parties on our behalf via

- Conduct research related to travel, accommodations, transportation, destination activities, and more.
- Utilize social media on your mobile phone and computer to assist with relevant tasks as needed.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Relevant experience in administrative support or a similar position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as you will communicate with third parties in English and proofread English writings.
- Proven experience in administrative support and/or personal assistance.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for content scheduling and engagement.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexibility in your work schedule to accommodate expected changes in working hours due to travel.
- Ability to work in the Pacific Time Zone (PST). Your tentative work shift will be 12 pm - 9 pm PST (day shift) five days a week with a 1-hour lunch, subject to fluctuation. Hours WILL fluctuate depending on the creator’s travel schedule and other staff members’ availability.

Compensation:
During the first 30 days of employment, candidates shall earn $2.00 per hour for a guaranteed 40 hours per week. Following the trial period, the most successful candidates will be offered a permanent role with a pay of $3.00 per hour and pay raise opportunities for qualified workers.
