This is a combo VA role: Photo editor, video editor, social media manager, basic client relations.

Job Details:
-Quality Control & Photo Delivery: Review and deliver photos in the morning when they come back from our editors.
-Retouch Requests: Handle requests for photo retouching throughout the day, ensuring our clients get exactly what they need.

Detailed Qualifications:
-Proficiency in Photoshop
Proficiency in either Capcut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing/creation tools is a must.
-Strong understanding photo/video editing principles.
-Demonstrated ability to identify and create impactful short clips for social media.
-Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
Technical Qualifications:
-Proficient in English
-Must have a good internet connection
-Must have a computer
-Google suite proficient: gmail, sheets, docs, slides, etc.
Salary and Details:
This is a full-time work from home role for a U.S. company: 40 hours per week.
IMPORTANT: The hours are Mon-Fri 7am-11am CT (Central time) and then 7pm-11pm CT. So the shift is split into 2: one 4-hour shift in morning, one 4 hour shift in the evening. The converted PH time would be 8pm-12am for the 1st half of the shift, and then 8am-12pm for the 2nd half of the shift.
That is a 13 hour time difference from you.
The pay is $4.50 an hour to start.
On average, 3-6 major U.S. holidays paid time off: (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, etc.)
3 paid sick/vacation days after a 3-month probationary period (this is on top of the major holidays listed above).
Guaranteed 1 year raise (minimum 10%-20%).

Start date: ASAP. A set date will be provided after interviewing.
You will be an independent contractor. You will get paid via Wise twice a month.
