JOB OVERVIEW

Overview: Clean Ride is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Partner Onboarding Specialist to help grow our network of service providers, including Mobile Car Detailers, Mobile Boat Detailers, Mobile Oil Change Mechanics, and Car Wrap/Car Enhancement Technicians. This role involves sourcing, contacting, and onboarding partners to the Clean Ride platform while providing exceptional support and ensuring they have a seamless experience. Interactions will primarily be conducted remotely, with scheduled visits to our office site in Lewisville, TX, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Provider Sourcing:

Research and identify skilled mobile service providers in specific localities defined by the company.
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential partners.
Outreach and Engagement:

Initiate and maintain contact with prospective service providers via phone, email, or virtual meetings.
Clearly present the benefits of joining Clean Ride’s platform, emphasizing access to our growing customer base.
Onboarding Support:

Guide new partners through the onboarding process, including downloading and setting up the Clean Ride Detailer app.
Assist with uploading service offerings, pricing, and availability onto the platform.
Training and Coordination:

Provide virtual training sessions and resources to ensure service providers are comfortable using the platform.
Schedule office visits in Lewisville, TX, when necessary for further assistance or onboarding needs.
Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with onboarded service providers.
Serve as a point of contact for questions or issues during and after the onboarding process.
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills to handle multiple outreach and onboarding tasks.
Comfortable using digital tools for communication, training, and data management.
Prior experience in customer service, recruitment, or partner relations is preferred.
Ability to work independently while meeting outreach and onboarding targets.
