We are looking for a Social Media & SEO Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Our company offers coaching and digital course business dedicated to empowering makeup artists with the skills and strategies needed to build profitable six-figure businesses. You’ll be responsible for creating and scheduling content, engaging with our community, and implementing marketing strategies to attract and convert makeup artists into course participants and coaching clients.
Full-time Work hours: 9AM to 6PM in Chicago Central time zone (included one hour lunch break)
Part-time Work hours: 4 hours during this time window above

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content calendar for TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms to align with marketing goals and brand voice.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging short-form video content (e.g., reels, TikToks) to showcase our services, client transformations, and team culture.
- Write compelling copies and captions with strong call-to-action.
- Collaborate with the team to generate fresh content ideas.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics.
- Assist in creating and scheduling
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community on social platforms.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, algorithms, and tools to keep our content relevant and innovative.
- Optimize content for search engine visibility and implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify opportunities for SEO improvements and track performance metrics.
- Create and manage content marketing campaigns that support broader business goals and improve search engine rankings.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (preferably in the beauty or coaching industry).
Experience with SEO tools and strategies, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Proficiency in video editing software and tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva or similar).
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Proven ability to create compelling, high-quality short-form video content.
Exceptional written and visual storytelling skills.
Knowledge or experience in the bridal beauty or wedding industry is a significant advantage.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
