Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to support the production and distribution of our newsletter and manage social media posting. This is a remote, flexible position, requiring up to 10 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the consistent production and timely distribution of our newsletter.
Schedule and publish newsletter content across social media platforms.
Collaborate on strategies to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
Maintain an organized workflow for newsletter and social media tasks.
Support administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in producing a weekly newsletter/blog and social media marketing, including scheduling tools and best practices.
Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, with proven organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Kajabi and Canva for content management and distribution highly preferred.
Strong copyediting skills to refine (or craft) compelling, audience-focused content.
Knowledge of the real estate industry or interest in real estate finance.
Experience working with email marketing campaigns.
Creativity in curating and designing social media posts.

Compensation:
$500/month PLUS bonus on sales.

Work Environment:
Remote, self-paced role with the flexibility to choose your own hours (up to 10 hours per week).
