JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Zapier / Automation Specialist to streamline and automate workflows within our law firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing automation processes that integrate various software platforms, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual tasks. This role requires expertise in Zapier, API integrations, and automation tools to optimize internal operations and client management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Automate workflows by building and maintaining Zaps to integrate legal software, CRMs, email platforms, document management systems, and other business applications.
Optimize firm operations by identifying repetitive tasks and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency.
Manage API integrations between different legal tech platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.
Monitor and troubleshoot Zaps to ensure reliability, accuracy, and minimal downtime.
Develop no-code/low-code solutions using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), and similar automation platforms.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to understand pain points and design automation solutions that meet their needs.
Ensure data security and compliance with legal industry regulations and privacy standards.
Create documentation and training materials to help team members use automated processes effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or other automation platforms.
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and no-code/low-code automation solutions.
Experience integrating tools like Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, LawPay, DocuSign, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Asana, Salesforce, HubSpot, or other law firm software.
Familiarity with legal industry workflows and case management systems (preferred but not required).
Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop automation strategies.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or SQL (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
