Real Estate Closer

We are hiring a wholesale dispo agent for our real estate investment company. As a Real Estate Closer, you will play a crucial role in finalizing property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient closing process. You will work closely with buyers, agents, and lenders to facilitate the successful completion of real estate deals.


Responsibilities
Conduct phone-based negotiations and close sales deals
Making outbound calls to potential buyers and following up on leads
Manage, build rapport, and nurture leads in our company's database
Provide accurate information about properties
Perform other administrative duties as assigned


Qualifications
Proven experience as a Real Estate Closer or similar role in real estate transactions
Strong knowledge of real estate closing procedures, legal documents, and title processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Proficiency in real estate software and tools
