As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in qualifying leads, managing CRM systems, and coordinating schedules to support the sales team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Qualify inbound leads based on specific criteria outlined in the "Turn the Key" program guidelines.
*Use Pipedrive CRM to track, organize, and update lead information with accuracy and attention to detail.
*Schedule meetings for the sales team using Calendly, ensuring seamless coordination between leads and team members.
*Conduct initial phone screenings to gather essential information and assess lead eligibility.
*Follow pre-written scripts meticulously to maintain consistent and professional communication.
*Engage with leads professionally and empathetically, providing a positive and supportive experience.
*Follow up with unqualified leads, offering resources or outlining steps for future qualification under the "Turn the Key" program.


REQUIREMENT:

*Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Proven experience in sales, customer service, or lead qualification roles.
*Familiarity with CRM platforms, with Pipedrive experience preferred.
*Proficiency in scheduling tools like Calendly.
*Strong ability to adhere to scripts and maintain consistent communication.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*Experience in the real estate industry or housing programs is a plus but not required.
