Position: Appointment Setter Specialist (Remote)

We are now growing faster than ever and we need a full-time Appointment Setter Specialist to help us engage with leads, build relationships, and book high-quality sales calls for our clients.
This is a remote position where you’ll get to work from home while making an impact.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach
- Use
- Follow our proven messaging and lead nurturing strategies to qualify and book prospects for sales calls.
- Conduct outbound and inbound messaging and follow-ups to ensure high engagement.
Appointment Setting & Sales Coordination
- Schedule at least 15+ qualified calls per month with high-potential leads.
- Clearly communicate the value of our client’s services to prospects.
- Maintain structured and organized conversations that convert into booked calls.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure high-quality handovers.
Lead Qualification & CRM Management
- Qualify leads based on the client’s target audience and service fit before booking.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date tracking of all interactions, appointments scheduled, and activities in the CRM system.
- Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner.
Performance Optimization & Collaboration
- Consistently hit or exceed monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Provide feedback and insights on messaging effectiveness and lead quality.
- Adapt to client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and optimize processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and appointment-setting best practices.
Who We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in appointment setting, sales, or lead generation.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding appointment-setting targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive approach.
- Excellent ability to handle objections and guide prospects toward booked calls.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple conversations at once.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and able to work under pressure.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, social media platforms, and automation tools.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and takes ownership of results.

Results
- Appointment setters consistently maintain a minimum of 15 calls booked per month, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales team.
- Outreach messages and lead engagement follow a structured, data-driven approach, increasing response rates and reducing time spent on cold leads.
- Leads are properly qualified before booking, ensuring that only high-intent prospects move forward, leading to higher close rates for the sales team.
- CRM and lead tracking systems are updated in real-time, minimizing missed follow-ups and ensuring accurate performance reporting.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics are consolidated and reviewed, allowing for targeted coaching and process optimization.
- Follow-up sequences are executed efficiently and strategically, increasing conversion rates from initial outreach to booked calls.
- Workload is balanced across appointment setters, ensuring consistent performance and preventing burnout while sustaining high productivity levels.
- Ongoing training and feedback loops ensure continuous skill development, improving persuasion techniques and objection handling over time.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting salary: Php 20,000-30,000 starting
Performance Bonus: PHP 5,000 - 25,000+/mo when you hit metrics on top of base pay
Trial Probation
- 3-week trial period with a pro-rated pay structure.
- Candidates will be paid for the 3-week trial, and the compensation will vary depending on whether they pass or don’t pass.
- Upon successful completion of the 3-week trial, candidates enter a 3-month probation period
Schedule: 40 hours per week, willing to render night shift and weekend shift
