Key Responsibilities:
Provide phone-based technical support to US customers, troubleshooting hardware and networking issues efficiently and effectively.
Manage support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation of issues and timely resolution.
Dispatch and coordinate third-party service providers for on-site issue resolution when remote troubleshooting is not feasible.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Stay updated on the latest hardware and networking technologies to provide informed support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hardware Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and networking issues over the phone.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and support workflows.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with third-party resources and ensure timely issue resolution.
