Senior Figma Web Designer Needed for a Canadian Agency

*ABOUT US:*

*TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT*: We're looking for a freelancer who is willing to take on client projects when we have work for you. This is not a full-time employment. You must be comfortable taking jobs on an ad hoc basis. However, as we grow our agency and as long as you do a great job, you might potentially be offered a full-time employment later this year.

*COMPENSATION*: We are looking to pay between $500-$1000 per website design project (mostly service-based business sites), depending on the project scope. We currently get around one web design client a month (but we're looking to increase that with a new marketing campaign to at least 2-3 a month), so you will be making a good $ amount.

*WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR*:
1. Your designs must be AMAZING. We're looking for a *senior* designer, not a junior or intermediate designer. Our clients pay us well and we will compensate you well, but you need to be very experienced and with an above average portfolio.
2. You must specialize in Figma web design. We're not looking for a generalist.
3. You should have an amazing portfolio of websites, with at least a few for service-based businesses in Canada/US, as these are our typical clients.
4. Your English has to be good and you must be comfortable with having Zoom calls with me to quickly make edits to client designs, when needed (maybe once every couple of months, usually we just use Google Chats for all communication).

*WORK HOURS/EXPECTATIONS:*
1. You are free to work during Filipino day time hours or whenever you like, no need to work during the night.
2. You must have enough free time to do the work quickly, and make client's revisions within 1-2 business days.
3. You should be willing to do a paid test job if you are shortlisted. I will shortlist a few candidates and will give them a mini test project.

*WHAT WE PROVIDE FOR YOU:*
1. $500-$1000 compensation for each website design project, rates are negotiable based on your portfolio quality as well.
2. Flexible work hours, as long as you do the requested revisions within 1-2 days, preferably one day.
3. Potential for full-time employment later this year, if interested.
4. Clear instructions for each project. Our clients fill out a very comprehensive questionnaire, which you will have access to (all their preferences are written down, so you know exactly what to do).
