We are a growing web design and development agency. The owner has 10 years experience and is Top Rated Fiverr seller with over 800 Five star reviews on Fiverr. You will be working directly with Michael the owner. We are currently at a transition point that is leading from a freelance system to a disciplined systemized agency. Potential to grow into a management role and it would be preferable if you did grow into that role.

Responsibilites:
Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle email correspondence. Relay and assist communications between clients and freelancers.
Client Communication/Support: Respond to client inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
Project Management: Assist in organizing and tracking project timelines and deliverables.
Social Media Management: Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and update spreadsheets or CRM systems.
Other Tasks: Provide general support as needed to ensure smooth operations.
